L7 (Standard) Gabel Setup

Hallo zusammen,

könnte mit jemand bitte das Standardsetup der normalen Gabel (nicht BFF) durchgeben oder zeigen wo ich das finde?
Wie viele Klicks sind es jeweils bei der Zug- und Druckstufe, ausgehend von links ganz offen?

Es wird immer von ganz zu aus gezählt. Einzige Ausnahme ist die Federvorspannung. Die wird von ganz offen aus gezählt.
Whb habe ich gerade nicht zur Hand. Könnte ich dir aber heute Abend durchgeben.

Spring Pre-load Adjustment
Turn the spring pre-load adjuster (1) counterclockwise fully. From that position (softest), turn it clockwise to the specified position.
Front fork spring adjuster
[Standard]: 4-3/4 turns clockwise from softest position

Damping Force Adjustment
Rebound damping force
Fully turn the rebound damping force adjuster (1) clockwise. From that position (stiffest), turn it counterclockwise to standard setting position.
Front fork damping force adjuster
Rebound side
[Standard]: 4 turns counterclockwise from stiffest position

Compression damping force
Fully turn the compression damping force adjuster (1) clockwise. From that position (stiffest), turn it counterclockwise to the standard setting position.

Compression side
[Standard]: 4-3/4 turns counterclockwise from stiffest position
